Real Madrid vs Levante

The league comes to an end tonight with a match against Levante and the 31st league title celebrations that will take place after it is over (23:00 CET).

It is still uncertain if Levante will decide to play given that on Monday they announced they would be on strike due to their club failing to subscribe to the agreement it reached with them in April. Whatever happens at 21:00, all the players of the Real Madrid squad support their opponents’ right to strike.

Codina’s debut
Real Madrid’s main goal tonight is to break yet another record. A victory against Levante would allow them to take a total of 85 points this season, more than any other team in the league’s history since only 20 teams participate in it.

Jordi Codina could make his debut in the First Division tonight. The youth system keeper has worked extremely hard throughout the campaign and deserves to have a chance.

Celebration
The team has worked as usual during the week in order to be ready for Levante. Gonzalo Higuaín, Arjen Robben and Gago have been recovering from niggles and rejoined the group for yesterday’s session.

Nobody wants to miss tonight’s encounter. As soon as Raúl receives the league cup, the celebrations will begin.
